Customer Responsibilities

Accurate Information: You agree to provide complete and accurate shipment details, including dimensions, weight, classification, and special handling requirements.
Compliance: You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to shipping, including hazardous materials regulations.
Packaging: You are responsible for ensuring that shipments are properly packaged and labeled to prevent damage during transit.

Carrier Selection and Liability

– We act as an intermediary and select carriers based on experience, licensing, and availability.
– Carriers assume liability for loss or damage during transit, subject to their respective terms and conditions.
– Sonic Dispatcher LLC is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses incurred by the carrier.

Payment Terms

Rates: Freight charges are determined based on shipment details, distance, and carrier availability.
Invoices: All invoices must be paid within the agreed-upon terms. Late payments may result in additional charges or service suspension.
Disputes:Billing disputes must be reported in writing within 7 days of invoice receipt.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

– Shipments canceled prior to carrier dispatch may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on incurred costs.
– Once a shipment is in transit, cancellation is subject to carrier policies.

Limitation of Liability

– We are not responsible for delays, damages, losses, or costs arising from carrier actions, force majeure events, or incorrect shipment details.
– Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid to us for the specific shipment in question.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sonic Dispatcher LLC, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to inaccurate shipment details, legal violations, or third-party disputes.

Dispute Resolution

– Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably.
